Founded by Juliet Liburd, an experienced Patient Care Technician, the agency is built on firsthand knowledge of patient care, compassion, and professionalism. Juliet's experience caring for patients in a hospital environment has inspired her vision of bringing high-quality, client-centered care directly into people's homes.

Juliet Liburd
Juliet Liburd is the Founder and Owner of Julie's Home Health Aide Agency LLC, bringing over 10 years of healthcare experience and a lifelong passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Her healthcare journey began as a Home Health Aide (HHA), where she provided one-on-one care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Driven to further her career, Juliet pursued additional education and became a Patient Care Technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), one of the world's leading cancer treatment and research hospitals. There, she gained valuable experience caring for patients with complex medical needs while working alongside highly skilled healthcare professionals.
After relocating to New Jersey, Juliet joined Atlantic Health System, where she has served as a Patient Care Technician for over four years. In this role, she continues to provide compassionate bedside care, assist patients with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Drawing on her extensive experience in both home care and acute care environments, Juliet founded Julie's Home Health Aide Agency LLC with a clear mission: to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized home care services that allow individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.
Her leadership is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to treating every client with the same level of care and respect she would give her own family.
